finally got my 2x1gb sticks, things seems to speed up now. alt tabbing is a split second affair. quitting bf2 is no longer a pain. the cip turned out to be a walk for the kids, not with them. kinda pointless though, i wonder how walking for them will raise funds. so we spent 2 hours walking and talking cock with my friends. and we get cip for that. there were a few other schools there too. after the walk we decided to walk all the way out to the main road since the bus from pasir ris park took forever to come. took the new service 58 which went to bishan interchange, then we went to ljs and ate... nothing much after that, went home. whole cca got scolded on monday for playing games. can't really blame us, there's no work to be done and the cca is really gonna die soon with no new sec 1s. stupid policy about having clubs and socs. as second cca only. principal thinks sports are everything. tuesday meanwhile was quite a non-event..

sometimes i wonder about the purpose of having cip. it's not like we're so wanting to do it. maybe only some. but most of us are reluctant. so yep we're gonna walk cancer kids at pasir ris park tomorrow. why expose sick people to the hot sun is something i ponder about... but i guess it's better than facing four walls 24/7. sold off my iomega predator finally after over a year. price isn't that good but at least it didn't deprecate as much as i thought. while collecting the money, accidentally left $10 behind. abit paiseh having to have the guy drive back just to return me $10. at least he leaves a good impression! tomorrow i'm gonna sell off my rams and other stuff, hopefully will be able to afford 2gb of ram.

self-restraint. that's something i have always said to myself but never practised. perhaps thats a negative consequence of typing so quickly, you tend not to think before you type. which isn't good. sometimes i end up in an argument, and i would regret it shortly afterwards. and i would always try to think i'm right at first, until reality sets in... oh well, i'm trying to restrain myself. already backspaced a few times lately. oh yeah and i've found around twenty of my p6 classmates, now for the other half. and school sucks. and it seems blogger is not wanting to update my damn blog. hangs at 0%

thought i'd better blog or else i would forget all about its existence. finished all my homework on tuesday, and relaxed throughout wednesday and thursday. singnet decided to screw up and gave us sky high pings of 200+ in internode. this morning after physics mock test was worst, 170 on local easg. oh well, the easg part seems to be fixed now, but not internode. grr. installed star wars battlefront 2 finally, quite fun to play and frag bots. they are peashooters. gonna try out sims 2 tomorrow. amazing how much a $120 game voucher can do. tomorrow is the clan bbq. have been waiting for a while. i and another guy are assigned to get 100 halal hotdogs. gonna make a trip down to parkway first. barbeque starts @ 6 at east coast park. heh then at night its time for some ghost hunting. hopefully i won't freak up halfway lol. if u see me stop coming to msn after tomorrow you know where i've died =p. its something to look forward to after one whole term of stress eh? school starts next week though :(

haven't blogged for a while, thanks to blogger's slow speed turning me off. school holidays are here, went to the eaplay event on saturday and came in third. we got a zboard keyset but no keyboard. and no thanks i'm not gonna buy a keyboard that caused me to autobail during the tourney. too lazy to sell it off. wt match 12 was pretty ok, the other team didn't have the mood to play, thank god, so we won comfortably. the next map is sharqi, a map we played during eaplay, so should be pretty good. the other sg team in the wt lost to a german team narrowly and is now together with us in the lower brackets. if by chance we'll face each other soon. not necessarily a bad thing. i don't seem to realise that the march holidays have dawned on us. there's maths remedial tomorrow, it's worst than any other school day with 7 hours of maths. i rather have a school week, less homework, less stress. what do they achieve by giving us so much homework anyway. its no wonder why the suicide rate among teens here are increasing. and you just don't solve it thru some psychiatrist and stuff, the trend shows that something is goddamned wrong with the education system. and yeah that teach less learn more stuff is honestly bs, by teaching less, we don't know anything to tackle the questions. and when we don't know we'll get even more stressed. which leads to what i said earlier. oh well, so i've decided that starting my "holiday" homework with maths is not a good start, so i finished chinese. all mcqs, so it was a breeze. but today's weather is not. today is a hot and humid day. and with physics extra lessons to top it off. friday i'll have to come back for a mock test. that i'll probably fail. i hope to complete my hw by tomorrow, but thanks to those extra lessons, i'm not sure whether i can/will make it. there's still over 20 questions on a maths left which i have no clue of, and a hell lot of e maths sums. i don't know how i can face them. to top it off, there's four physics worksheets which i have little clue of thanks to our former physics teacher. doing a whole chapter of chem is not as bad though, it's becoming my fav subject. and lastly we have an english comprehension. will be a pita to write the answers out, but i'm not complaining. i guess my holidays could've been much better if maths were not included. enough abt the bad things already... a motivation for me to complete my work is world of warcraft. been stuck on lv 12 for a month now and i finally managed to level up to 13. my friend finally decided to play with me heh, so its sorta more enjoyable. playing alone is quite lonely, but when you get friends to play with you the experience is completely different. but somehow i can't find the time to do so lately. reminds me of examination time when i cannot find time to play. except that this is the holidays. i'm itching to start battlefield 2 and rush easg again, but i have to get my priorities right first. i doubt i'll ever finish the mountains of homework i have. i'll probably give up halfway like in the past. i just realised i said enough of the bad things just now. and i'm dwelling on it now. so there's a clan bbq on saturday. looking forward to it coz thats the only thing i can look forward to right now. beach games and stuff. maybe a lan session before that. i and someone else is in charge of purchasing ~100 sausages for the 30+ people attending the bbq, we made an agreement, 我出钱,他出力. and yes i'm typing in simplified chinese today. apart from the fact that i'm supposed to learn simplified chinese, another reason is because i was negotiating for the sg vs china match coming soon. more accurate, sg vs hero. last time there was an sg vs hk match in the bf42 days, heard it was fun. hope i can experience that on bf2. whole singapore united vs a clan. they insisted on 32v32 so we didn't have the manpower alone so we asked the others to join in the fun. perhaps could be more fun if it were sg vs china heh. let's watch hero get owned =o. or the other way round? another team got disqualified in the bf2wt for cheating. it's irresponsible for players to cheat in such a way, the whole clan gets brought down as a result of an act that the clan perhaps didn't know before. first eazy5, now plan-b. sigh. gotta wake up early tmr though its the holidays, cos the maths remedial starts at 8am. tell me whether this is a holiday. oh yeah, one thing that happened over the weekend, an apparently dissatisfied starforce employee posted torrent links to stardock's galactic civilisation ii, showing the result of not having copy protection. amazing how a company that promotes content protection posts links to illegal versions of a game. and it's not like you can't find any starforce-cracked games on bt. more interesting was i just knew that stardock actually made games. i thought they were just windowblinds guys n stuff. and sorry, windowblinds comes with copyprotection built in afaik. i seem to have taken a huge load off my mind. time to sleep and prepare for a brand new day. filled with surprises homework.

had the inspiration to blog this morning, but all were gone once i found out that blogger was down. so just a quick one today... 11th march is coming, bf2 tourney is coming, yay! prays that the sch don't come out with something funny tomorrow... report book comes back tommorrow, i wodner how my remarks will be like. and my conduct, heh. don't think the 'cher knows me very well~ and my results, sigh. i'll get two underlines this term... the rest all average between Bs and Cs, only an A for chem. and friday's timetable sux, for a start we have double maths, chinese, physics, chemistry and english. grr. i hate the science subjects and maths. damnit. but its the last day of school. or is it? there's remedials on monday, tuesday, friday. and tons of hoemwork that i never had to face in these 10 weeks. i'm beginning to question whether its actually a holiday or not. sec3 life is stressful. perhaps too stressful that one has to vent his anger in food fights. four of these fights in the sch canteen occured this week... well, at least there's no knives involved. today the fight was much more violent than previous ones, previously the most we get is drinks getting flung, this time we get plates hurling like flying saucers... thank god somehow i've always managed to stay out of the vicinity. oh well, last day of school tomorrow.. i've waited 10 weeks just for a measly 1 week break. is it worth it? or not.
